RDS Global provides managed IT support, cyber security, and communications services. They currently serve over 4,000 users across 200 locations. Established in 1997, RDS Global provides a variety of IT based services with a focus on customer service. In 2013 they expanded to support single and multi-site SEM customers locally & nationally. They serve a variety of customers in a number of sectors which include automotive retail, builders’ merchants, care homes, hotel and hospitality and professional services. RDS Global is proud to have earned a reputation for delivering very high standards of service, expertise and professionalism. Their commitment for ensuring complete customer satisfaction is never compromised – a cornerstone principle to support business growth and addressing the changing needs of valued customers as they arise. They aim to enhance their customers organisations by providing the most effective technology solutions and quality service experience with their core values being integrity, trust, accountability, communications and relationships, continuous improvement, solution-orientated, and quality driven.

Corporate social responsibility is incredibly important to RDS Global. They are giving back to the community by working with us to allow us to develop classes to support the most disadvantaged families in our communities, ensuring that they play their part in making a difference. Corporate social responsibility is about making sure they don’t just look after themselves and that we are all also looking after the wider community.
